SIBERIA

Refrigerated counters fitted with a “single-block” class 5 cooling unit (“tropicalized”) that can be easily removed; the external work environment can reach temperatures of up to + 40/42°C with 65% relative humidity.

The internal and external structure is made of stainless steel. Doors with automatic closing system and fixed opening position at 100°, easily removable
magnetic seal, rounded edges for easy and optimum cleaning. 60mm insulation made of polyurethane injected under high pressure free of CFC or HCFC.
Digital control panel, detection of temperatures by means of NTC probes. Ventilated refrigeration with R134a gas for normal temperatures, R507 for low
temperatures. Automatic defrost and evaporation of condensate water through the AISI 316L stainless steel coil. Adjustable and removable guides and
door grid racks. Stainless steel feet with adjustable height (wheels on request). Available without worktop or backguard. The standard power cable is
supplied without plug.

 

STANDARD SUPPLY for all the models: 1 plasticized rack for the door, user guide.

 

All counters have glass doors equipped with internal lighting as standard.

EASY

SIBERIA EASY

The Easy line of counters combines product efficiency, reliability and robustness at a very economical price.

The refrigerated counters are made of a stainless steel worktop 10/10 AISI 304 without rounded corners at the base of the backguard.

The side control panel houses the digital controller and the on/off button.

The door is fitted with a short central ergonomic handle with spring return system.

The doors and drawers are interchangeable.

The Plus line of counters is synonymous with elegance, reliability, sturdiness and ease of use. The refrigerated counters feature a stainless steel worktop 10/10 AISI 304 with a fully rounded corner at the base of the
backguard for easy and fast cleaning.

The door is fitted with an ergonomic handle on its entire length, except for the glass doors, and also with spring return system.

The side control panel includes the special mask that houses the digital controller together with the on/off buttons and the internal lighting start button.

The standard model provides internal “U” shaped guides on which the easily removable racks/trays slide, removable vertical uprights for quick and optimum cleaning.

The doors and drawers are easily interchangeable. The assembly of glass doors with internal LED lighting with a 600 and 700 depth is provided.

Refrigerated counters feature a single-piece ventilated cooling unit with tropical compressor, easy to remove from its casing. The external working environment can reach a temperature of +42°C with 65% relative humidity.
The structure is made of stainless steel (including the external back panel), except for the external bottom panel, which is in galvanized steel. The worktops are made of AISI304 stainless steel 10/10 thickness with frontal spoking and at the base a possible upstand for easy and quick cleaning. Reversible RHS/LHS opening doors, with automatic closure and opening position fixed at 100°, easily removable magnetic gasket, rounded internal corners. 60mm thick polyurethane insulation, injected with HFO blowing agent at high pressure, without CFCs or HCFCs. Latest generation capacitive digital touch controller, temperature detection using NTC probes. Refrigerant gas R134a used for normal temperatures, R507 (R404a) for low temperatures. Evaporator with catephoric painting treatment.

The external working environment can reach a temperature of + 42°C with 65% relative humidity. Evaporator with catephoric painting treatment. Automatic defrosting and evaporation of water condensate through AISI 316L stainless steel coil. The structure and the work surface (1 mm thick) is in AISI 304 stainless steel. Doors with automatic closing and 100° fixed opening position, easily removable magnetic seal, rounded internal corners for easy and optimal cleaning. 60mm thick polyurethane insulation, injected with HFO blowing agent at high pressure, without CFCs or HCFCs. Adjustable and removable guides and grill racks. Power cord supplied as standard without plug. Free standing position also available, suitable for inclusion in restaurant kitchens where produces bread or fresh pastries are produced. Available without worktop or with upstand.
