INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Dal Santo Srl, with registered office in Via S. Anna, 38 – 31050 Fossalunga di Vedelago (TV), Italy, in its capacity as personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), issues this information notice to Data Subjects in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on personal data protection.
This notice integrates the browsing policy covering our site, in order to illustrate to Users how the Company will specifically process data entered in this contact form: Users are, therefore, invited to review our privacy policy
Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Dal Santo Srl does not send newsletters: the Data Controller only processes the personal data sent via this form in order to respond to the requests made, for example, to obtain information about products or services (including asking for brochures, catalogues and/or other company information to be sent), to get a quote, etc.: consent is, therefore, not required since processing needs to be done in order to respond appropriately to these requests.
Data retention time frames
If information is requested, data will be processed for the time necessary to properly respond; if, on the other hand, a quote is requested, data will be processed for a maximum time equal to double the period for which the proposal is valid, without prejudice to a longer retention period for the time needed to settle (however reached) any dispute which might arise.
Nature of data provision and implications in the event of refusal
Providing data is strictly related to the use of the contact form and is, therefore, needed in order to forward the request for information: failing to provide the required data will make it impossible to provide the requested information.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disclose any data but will communicate data to internal parties duly authorised to process it by virtue of their respective duties. The Data Controller will also send data to professionals or service providers and to public and private bodies and entities, including following an inspection or audit.
Such recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, shall be appointed as data processors by contract or other legal instrument.
Data transfer to a third country and/or international organisation
Personal data shall not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to international organisations.
Rights of data subjects
Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data and to rectify any inaccuracies, to erase or restrict processing of such data if conditions are met, and to obtain portability of the data communicated personally.
In order to exercise a right, data subjects can use the form available here and send it to the Data Controller at the following address: info@dal-santo.com. Data Subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, which, in Italy, is the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
