SALADETTE SHOCK FREEZER CABINETS

Shock freezer cabinets available in the Easy static and Plus ventilated line of refrigeration products.
Insulation made of polyurethane injected under high pressure free of CFC or HCFC.
Doors with automatic closing and fixed opening position at 100°, easily removable magnetic seal, rounded edges for easy and optimum cleaning. Adjustable
and removable guides and door grid racks.
The cover of the trays is available with stainless steel lid or with glass showcase.
Digital control panel, detection of temperatures by means of NTC probes. Automatic defrost and evaporation of condensate water through the AISI 316L
stainless steel coil.
STANDARD FITTING for all the models: 1 plasticized rack for the door, the trays are not provided.

ACCESSORIES (only for the Plus line): rails for upper trays, internal light, wheel kit, non standard cable with plug.

SALADETTE PLUS

These freezer cabinets are fitted with a “single-block” class 5 cooling unit (“tropicalized”) that can be easily removed; the external work environment can reach temperatures of up to + 40/42°C with 65% relative humidity.

Ventilated refrigeration with R134a gas.

AISI 304 stainless steel worktop, internal and external structure made completely out of stainless steel. 60mm insulation made of polyurethane injected under high pressure without the presence of CFC or HCFC.

The side control panel includes the special mask that houses the digital controller together with the on/off buttons and the internal lighting start button. Automatic defrost and evaporation of condensate water through the AISI 316L stainless steel coil. Stainless steel feet adjustable in height
(wheels on request). The standard power cable is supplied without plug.
